RESURREXI, et adhuc tecum sum, allelúia: posuísti super me manum tuam, allelúia: mirábilis facta est sciéntia tua, allelúia, allelúia.
This week our choir at All Saints Ainslie finished the Paschal Triduum gauntlet. Among many wonderful pieces of music, we sang Maurice Duruflé's Ubi caritas on Maundy Thursday, Tomas Luis de Victoria's Reproaches (with chant verses from yours truly) on Good Friday, and This Joyful Eastertide arranged by Charles Wood today.
I also sang the Exsultet, the Easter Proclamation, video below. I arranged my own version by expurgating some bits from the Roman Missal for length and to suit the Anglican tradition of All Saints [the background noise dies down after about a minute]. I had a strained muscle in my back, so I am thankful that I managed to finish in the same key that I started in.
